由上表可以看出,污水处理厂进水水质变化很大,主要是因为本区工业企业比较多,工业废水所占比重较大,可生化性差。造成进水水质有时高于原设计指标。但是污水处理厂出水水质比较稳定达标排放,CODcr去除率可达到85%以上,BOD5去除率可达到92%以上。
7 结语
(1)改进型UASB水解+复合生物接触氧化工艺是针对我国中小城镇污水水质水量特点开发的一种新工艺,对水质、水量有很强的抗冲击负荷能力强;对难降解工业废水有较强的处理能力。
(2)该工艺既能去除污水中的难降解COD、BOD5、SS、TN、NH3-N、TP,而且能实现污水、污泥的一次性处理,并且使污泥减量化。
(3)该工艺流程简单、自动化程度要求低,抗冲击负荷能力强,设备国产化程度高,具有较强的适应性。
(4)该污水处理厂吨水造价700元左右,吨水直接运行费用为0.28~0.32元;该工艺基建投资和运行费用低,适合在我国中小城镇推广应用。

Abstract: In this paper, Tianjin Jinnan District Huanxing wastewater treatment plant is used as an example, we introduce one technique that fits middle and little scale municipal wastewater treatment in China. We discuss technique flow, design feature of the main tanks, and main equipments. Design scale of Huanxing wastewater treatment plant is 30 thousand tons per day. The main qualities of input water of the plant is CODCr: 450mg/l, BOD5: 200mg/l, and the output water qualities precede the second-degree standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant. So far, Huanxing wastewater treatment plant has been operated steadily for 6 months.
