    SBR法处理垃圾渗滤液过程中DO、pH值变化规律

    3  结 论
     
        (1)采用SBR法处理垃圾渗滤液,剩余COD浓度维持在450mg/L左右,去除率接近80%;剩余氨氮浓度5mg/L,去除率高达96%,反应出水水质透明,效果稳定。
        (2)反应过程中COD、NH3-N与DO、pH值均呈对应变化,其中DO和pH出现了2次跳跃:有机物大部分去除结束时DO第一次跃升,在硝化反应结束时,DO出现第二次跳跃,并缓慢维持恒定;同时,在有机物去除过程中pH呈现大幅上升的现象,当有机物大部分去除结束时pH停止上升,随着硝化反应的进行pH不断下降直至反应结束,然后pH突然快速上升或维持不变。DO和pH值的这一变化特点可以间接指示有机物降解的程度。
        (3)不同进水有机物浓度试验也验证了DO、pH特征点的重现性,同样可作为SBR法去除有机物、硝化和反硝化进程的模糊控制参数。这对于实现 SBR 工艺的在线控制、保证出水水质和节约能耗具有重要意义。

    Landfill Leachate Treatment by SBR

    Abstract:  In the use of SBR process for the treatment of landfill leachate , the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen approached 80% and 96%, ammonia nitrogen remains was only about 5mg/L , the effluent was clarity and stability. Variation patterns of COD、NH3-N、DO、pH value during the removal of organic matters, nitrification and denitrification were studied. The results showed DO and pH value appeared characteristic changes, which could indicate the degree of organic matters decomposition indirectly. Different organic shock loading experiments successfully proved the characteristic points of DO and pH were reappeared well, which had important significance in the facet of control online of SBR process, assuring the effluent quality and reducing energy consumption.
